mossopinc Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 i just dont get it :(i know i need to use an IP addy, when i type ipconfig it shows me all my networks i.e my modem, 2 network cards and my WiFimax card. only 2 of them show an IP address and they are my modems and 1 network card which i use for my xbox ive tried the 2 of them but get stuck at the waiting screen, i have added WinDS to my windows firewall and told it to open the 8888 port but still no luck wat am i missing?
happytodd Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 with your ip thing your ip should be something like xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx but you need to enter it in as xxx.xxx.xxx.02 or whatever it said in the instructions with the server. But dont trust me that im correct.
