They copied the slightly-altered changelog, and didn't give credit to 1emulation.

 

EDIT: Heard from Kallez from e-lation, looks like they got it from Emu France.

 

Looked on Emu-France, and they have definitely done a copy-paste job.

 

Not sure what can be done there, you can't add comments unless you're a member, and I can't read French.
