NEW UPDATEI just read sum stuff on da windows site and they say my card wont work wen its restricted.I dont know about restrictions but when i try to check my account on my phone it says i cant cuz its restricted!SO that may be it.. Shoma Posted March 11, 2008 Author Share Posted March 11, 2008 OKay, i did some recon---Check this out, i;ve been informed, that anyone who's trying to account recover or register for xbox live at the moment will not be able to.Ther e been a huge gross in the membership on xbox live and i guess it was like an overload.DUe to this overload,some screws went loose in the XBL system and now the Microsoft techs are tying to fix it. This problem has been raging since December. THey put a band-aid on it a couple of months ago but it started acting up again.Popular XBL games like COD4 and Halo3 have been affected with laaginess and horrible connection .(Not sure if anyone can verify that)---Anywho, the technical difficulties ,I believe, is this XBL issue!If anyone decidedes to register or account recover your account and it works...plz let me know!
