InfinityDC
Why is my Sonic Adventure 2 slow? It wasn't slow before and now it is. I don't understand and I even have 2046 MB of RAM. Does anyone know what to do?
BlackKnight
Well if it wasn't slow before and now it is, you need to ask yourself what changed during that time? Different emulator? Some new program hogging resources?New drivers for anything?
InfinityDC
Maybe there is something wrong with the cdi file? Is there something wrong with my cdi file?

InfinityDC
I have the same emulator NullDC. I don't have any new drivers. And I don't understand about the program hogging resources.
InfinityDC
Maybe it has something to do with runtime error 216?
Wizard
The program hogs alot of resource because it's pretty intensive system wise. Some games just require heaftier systems then others. Your runtime error hit up this on MS database http://support.microsoft.com/kb/259279 You might have a virus.
InfinityDC
So what do I do now?
Agozer
Generally speaking, the amount you have has no impact on overall emulation speed. So it doesn't really matter if you have 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB of RAM in your system. What matters is your CPU speed, and the data transfer rates between the video card and the CPU. P.S. Where exactly do you get this "runtime error 216"?
InfinityDC
Well, it first appeared after Internet Explorer stopped working and I exited it.
InfinityDC
Never mind, I fixed the runtime error 216. It doesn't appear anymore, but my Sonic Adventure 2 ISO is still slow.
