Are there any emulators that can put on the DS?

Im kinda wanna get the DS but if it's emulation prospects of too little then i will just get a psp.

But still, are they any and if so, what are they?

You are better off with a PSP. I am currently enjoying Neo Geo goodies on the PSP ;)

I kinda got both. Between Custom Firmwares and Flashcards it's still incredibly good value.

If I were to buy a PSP is there any version of it that I would require to play emulators on it. Does the version, firmware so on matter? Also what other things besides the PSP do I require to get emus working?

Firmwares do matter. In fact, firmware matter the most.

Check the PSP forum. Everything you need to know should be there.

Do you have a friend or something who has a PSP that is running a Custom Firmware / hacked?

If so, then the firmware of the PSP you buy doesn't matter. The only other thing you need is a big Memory Stick to store all the homebrew / ISOs etc.
