Lucandrake Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 .....bahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!! I can't wait to play this, I'll be laughing the hole time! "LOL Joker just got turned to crisp my scorpians fatalitiy!!!"
Ryuken Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 Marvel > DC Capcom ( Street Fighter)> Mortal Kombat I'm not really looking forward to this game, but i'm not gonna bash it till i've play it
Skythe Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 The only thing I thought was interesting in that video was when Batman and Sub-Zero crashed through the wal and were still fighting on the way down to the next level. This crossover concept is still stupid.
Devia Eleven Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 It looks like it still has the Deception fighting engine, I hate that engine.
Alpha Posted April 18, 2008 Posted April 18, 2008 Let's not assume anything about the engine until someone actually reports that they've played the game. So far, it looks absolutely fabulous. The trailer was really amazing to see. Although, I think it would have been better if they headlined the two top fighters as Superman and Scorpion, instead of Batman and Sub Zero. First there was Marvel Vs. Street Fighter and now there is DC vs. Mortal Kombat. Isn't that amazing? EDIT: Here is a higher quality link to the trailer: http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/52301
BlackKnight Posted April 19, 2008 Author Posted April 19, 2008 Methinks GC has not played MKD or MKA That trailer is clearly showing off the recycled air-combo system and animations from MKA. Shame they didn't start from scratch like they promised.
BlackKnight Posted April 19, 2008 Author Posted April 19, 2008 It's not MK8 story-wise but it is the only MK title under development atm :/
Ryuken Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 Maybe this will start the VS trend up again, MvC 3 anyone? or CvS 3 ?
