Final Fantasy Series Vs. The Legend of Zelda Series

I would play Legend of Zelda: A link to the Past for the SNES.

 

My favorite Zelda game however is the duo game released for the GBA.

While I really enjoyed Twilight Princess and OOT, They simply dont have the depth (In both engine and story) that the FF series are known for.

I like the Zelda games too, but not more than Final Fantasy.

Not if you don't like turn based rpg's, There too different from each other to really compare.

Took me about 3 weeks to finish Final fantasy 1 on the NES, but I watched my neighbor finish Legend of Zelda on the NES in about 3 hours

ff is very popular. I have no idea why. every game follows a specific formula involving whiny emo crossdressing spiky haired heros. ffvii and ffviii were OK but not the be all end all games people make them out to be.
