is these meant that the rom easily run in pc without any emulator install or needed emulator to run it or is it meant to run in dreamcast console ??

There are no such thing as DC self-boot ROMs. Dreamcast games are ISOs.

 

Self-boot means that it runs on a console. Emulators generally will run games self-boot or not.

 

And for the love of allah, please, please, please work on your grammar. It makes me die a little inside every time I read one of your posts.

Seconded about the grammar.

 

Self-boot means it will boot itself. The concept always seemed pretty self explanatory to me... think of it this way. It boots itself, so you don't need a boot disc to start it up.

Quick rule of thumb with DC games. If it's .cdi then it's almost always self-boot, otherwise it's most likely not.

Also don't get frustrated if some games don't work. I thought I was doing something wrong, and it was the iso that was corrupted.
