Whats your favorite spyware scanner and cleaner?

I've always used Spybot. I want to know if there is something better.

I use NOD32 anitivirus and Outpost firewall, which both have their own spyware engines to stop it getting 'in' in the first place. Otherwise I would just just Spybot for the odd sweep, though it never turns anything up.
