PLEASE HELP ME

I modded my xbox a long time ago with an xecuter mod chip. i recently tried turning it on and it keeps bringing me to a screen that says FLASHBIOS 3.0.1 on top. how do I get out of this and back to the screen where I can play the games that I downloaded onto it?

well its possible that you might have to flash a new bios on to your modchip.

or instead of just pushing the on button or the eject button to turn on your xbox try presing both at the same time,i have heard this sometimes works.

you could flash your modchip with slayers auto installer disc2.7,that come with all if not most of the different versions of bios.

did your xbox work before?

this will probably be a waste of time but try holding the back triggers and push select and start at the same time.

Depending on what version Xecuter you have, there might be a bank switch installed. I'm guessing you had this mod done elsewhere. If you have a switch, ensure you have the correct bank selected. FlashBIOS usually is on one bank, then the other bank has a bios like X4981 or Evox M8 etc...

x3 3294 for v1.0 to v1.5 xboxs

x3 3294 v16 plus v1.6 v1.6b xboxs

did you flash the right bios

what xbox do you have if you got a version 1.0 to 1.6 try power/eject at sametime to get backup (flashbios3.0.1) then flash bios to on on off off off

if you have a v1.6b change switch to off on off off off bootup flashbios 3.0.3 then change switch back to on on off off off then reflash with right bios

lordpro is correct - if you have an Xecuter 3 Modchip. If you have an older v2.x, then DO NOT use the 3294 Bios. X-4981 is a good one for v2.x chips.

oh my god. all i had to do was switch it to on on off off off. it was soooo simple. I still have everything that i downloaded onto it. thank you guys so much!
