People from California do not have accents?

When I went to California, I did notice a difference in speech patterns from New York- Florida- California. I think there's a distinction between them all.

Well I was born and raised in Kentucky but live in Indiana for last 40 years and they still say I have a slight southern accent. But I don't notice it. Maybe we should talk on the chat again and you tell me.

I agree, I just recently talked with someone from California and he didn't have an accent at all. I guess PA and CA are lucky enough to be neutral.
