Looking for a specific site

You know how you have games that have regional differences? I'm talking about the less obvious ones, like changes to gameplay or extra content, not just the difference in languages between versions. Basically I'm looking for sites that document these changes, apart from wikipedia which doesn't always have the necessary info.

I've always found those things fascinating but in answer to your question, no I don't know of any sites devoted solely to that.

 

My first port of call is usually a message board, say, GameFAQs, where there's usually a million threads asking 'what's the difference'.

 

Hardcore Gaming 101 usually also does a good job of getting into all those things, but its not like they cover a lot of games or franchises in the grand scheme of things and not as though many of them are new / current.

I've been searching these kind of sites myself as well, and the only good and reliable source I've found so far is the aforementioned Hardcore Gaming 101.

 

Awesome site, I've spent hours reading the content in there.

If I need to know, I just hit up GameFAQs.
