sonic cd on neogenesis for xbox1.

ive never tried running sega cd game.ive downloaded the rar.was just wondering do i have to convert any of the files to get it to run and also is it possible to run it off the harddrive,in other words do i just put the cd image in the roms folder?

It runs from the hdd just fine. Mine is ISO/MP3 IIRC. You just run the ISO and off it goes!

bin/cue rips work too. Dumped all my iso/mp3 stuff awhile back. That Sonic CD920 disc is one of my favorites.
