Insane Hiryu Transforming move problem?

Hello all, I am having a problem with the character Insane Hiryu. I can't figure out how to make him transform in the game into thunder insane hiryu. I tried all the moves on the move list but can't figure out how to do it. Does anyone know what I am talking about?

The only thing I can tell you about that particular predicament is to read the readme or the movelist for the character of whatever. If you cannot find it out there, you can always contact the author of the character and ask him.

one of them doesnt make sense though or some are hard to pull off, like kx2 (kicking twice) no matter what I do it doesnt work. Not sure which one of these moves makes him transform either . very confusing.

I'm pretty sure Kx2 means hitting two kicks at the sametime not hitting a kick twice.
