Agozer
DOA2 (or rather, perhaps DOA2: Ultimate) is the culmination of the entire series for me.
Sybarite Paladin AxL
DoA has no feeling, no personality attached to it at all. Just a bunch of big-boobed stock characters. A rather sad series, if you ask me... Has never had anything in it for me to truly consider it a good fighting game...
Fatal Rose
I would enjoy the game more of they cleaned up the game play and gave a more accurate representation of the fighting styles.
Wizard
Maybe because your putting your bias too much on all the visual aspects and now diving into it completely. There is no such counter button. It's 2 buttons actually, F+P.

Wizard
Sup Ryan, what I tell you bout using my name. You have no right to use it. Now, did you actually try to get into it by playing various people all around? The gameplay is solid and more friendly towards new and casual players, while keeping a sense of advanced high level gameplay, something a majority of other fighting games have failed to do (that includes VF, Tekken and SF3:3rd Strike). People see those fighting games difficult to get into, but when you talk DOA and Smash, other people find those games great, and to the few who think they are nothing more then flashy fanbait titles, are totally wrong. BlackKnight
Fatal, I agree DoA4 isn't that impressive. Try to get DoA Ultimate if you can and try DoA2. Like Agozer says, it is the best. If you try to take that one casually you might like it.
