Haze’s Mame WIP Update

Haze has a MAME WIP (work in progress) update today.

Brian added this one, but it uses one of the layers in a different way to the other ESD games on the driver so I fixed it. Easy to guess because the hardware is clearly still derived from Tumble Pop (just less obviously than Jumping Pop etc.) It's a Korean game with gameplay like Cabal etc.
