mugen too bright

i got mugen to run on my pc, but the picture is way too bright and washed out.

 

any idea's?

Are you on a LAPTOP? What is your graphics card?

 

Also if it's too bright, adjust your monitor (if it's preety new, the old ones don't do this) with the brightness you like and see if you make it look the way you want it too. Once you close out of the program, it should refresh back to your original settings.
