Actually, without online play, this game is basically Grand Theft Auto III with better graphics. Why did this game get a 10/10?

Agreed. I give it a 7. And thats quite fair. The game seems less than San Andreas. IV has its moments, but does NOT feed my hunger.

There is too much to do in SA IMO. Too distracting. And the world in SA is big but full of wasteland, so it is boring.

Ever realize how much reviews emphasize the "You can do a sh!tload of sh!t before even starting this sh!ty game" line? Yea, it's because of the sh!ty missions, sh!ty storyline, and sh!ty sh!ty sh!t sh!t.
