Xeon Posted November 16, 2003 Posted November 16, 2003 (edited) i know this is late but heres my easier 2 cents alternative. 1.) download the original rom, in whatever language that game originally was. 2.) go to this site: http://dount.parodius.com - the best translation repository site ive found, errr...actually thats just the only one ive found 3.) find an IPS patcher. i dont know their homepages but here are their names: IPSXP, Lunar IPS (or LIPS) and IPSWin, there may be others but ive no idea about them.
