When i start the game, it runs fine

But as soon as i start a fight/match, BOOM! I got down to a super slow 30%

 

1.5gb ram

Pentium 4 Processor 3ghz

Vista

Intel® 82945G Express Chipset Family

most likely the issue has to do with your integrated graphics chip. simple solution is you need a graphics card made by nvidia or ati

Do not expect to get any Dreamcast emulator working with integrated Intel chips. Get an actual, decent video card.

Well how would i replace it?

If you have a laptop, you can't replace it, obviously. If you have a desktop computer, you buy a video card for it and disable the integrated video chip from the BIOS.

You have to make sure that computer even has an upgrade slot available. It should but I've been burned before.

I was able to speed it up by playing it on full screen (i don't know why that sped it up)

but its still...maybe like a FEW frames slower then its suppose to

Anything i could possibly do then?

well if its usable in its current state for you try turning off as many background apps as possible lower the fullscreen resolution to 640x480 or 800x600 lower the color pallete thats pretty much it dont expect any of the dreamcast 3d games to run at all though.
