NOT WANT CARDBOARD BOX!

Seriously, was fine for carts, you could use carts for target practice and they'd hold up. Package optical media in a cardboard box? 1 of 2 things to be true here.

1: No jewel case, optical disc in a paper sleeve. This works, but how do you store your game after you open the box? I don't want paper sleeves lying around, and I shouldn't be forced to buy a storage solution!

2: Jewel case. You might as well stick with the current plastic DVD cases. Cardboard box + jewel case = MORE waste.

I like normal DVD style cases that consoles games come in and European PC games. The thick DVD plastic boxes for PC games is a waste of space.

Last I remember, PC games came in paper sleeves protected by cardboard. Or occasionally in a jewel case encased in cardboard. This was never a problem for me.

Cardboard boxes are pretty rare now. The only game I can remember that had that is Call of Duty 4. Everything else I've gotten in the past few years has been plastic.
