ken_cinder
Change it where? With your ISP? On your LAN? To your router?Quite a vague question, and no your IP address isn't tied to any registration, though cookies can be which would require you to login again if that is the case. Since you've asked such a vague question, I would suggest you Google some info on how IP addresses work and are assigned, as this is obviously WAY out of your scope of knowledge right now. I'm being honest, like I always am, and don't intend to offend you. You may not need to Google if you give this a read - http://www.tcpipguide.com/free/t_toc.htmNo, not all of it (Unless you're bored, there is ALOT of info there) but at least the fundamentals and specific information related to TCP/IP. SF2MJ
Change it with my isp.So that sites i visit can't see what my ip address is.
ken_cinder
Changing it at your ISPs end MAY be feasible (Depending on how your ISP is set up, you can manually configure your IP address and it may stick). But that won't let sites not see your IP address. Use a web proxy. Google web proxy and you should get plenty of useful results.

Alpha
He wants to hack like pro. That's actually quite funny, as many hackers have been caught even under tons of proxies. If there's a will, there's a way.
Robert
I have a dynamic IP, in other words whenever I reboot my modem I get a new address. All my cookies continue to work as before. It's great for evading IP bans.

Robert
My provider gives dynamic addresses by default. You need to pay extra for a fixed address. If your provider normally gives a fixed address, it may be worthwhile asking them if dynamic ones are available.
