About the Packet Capture...

Well, I'm a new user, and I got a few questions...

Once I've opened wifi_lib_test.nds, I select Packet Capture, the channel, and then the application starts working, scrolling an incredible number of strings. But, how many packets should it capture? Yesterday, it captured 170000 packets, I pressed B button, but the app returned to the previous screen (where there is the channel selection). Could you explain me how I should use correctly the Packet Capture? Thanks a lot.
