I had a whole list of possibilities... but erased them, as they didn't fit your description... that is why I suggested Snes games. Captain Skyhawk huh... I have played that. The first is have white trausers than black green ,brouwn, and normal green,. The ninjas look likes in River City Ransom. If u select a player than u can change wich map you want play. There is four stage. the first and the second is race. Everytime u can knock out players white hand pike stone, boxer and other like the river city ransom. In the third stage u must knock out a gong and two birds is flyed trough when you finish. The four is a boxing state it ground is pink and down whrited (TOUDOU GROUP) and u need fight down all the there fighter than u win. on the stage changing screen u can change wich map use wich music. there is 6 music. The map change screen is pink and a girl talking to mikrophone. in the finish screen the four ninja is standing than all fly out only the first stay in there. In the end screen a girl sitting on a desk and watching you and its whrite out in japan laungage . end.
