Kof2k2 help

I downloaded the rom but I don't know how to make it appear in any of my Emulator playlists. What do I do? any help?

1) What emulator are you using?

 

2) Did you put it in the correct rom folder?

 

3) How big is the rom? (there is a possibility that it's not a real rom)

 

I think those are all I need.

For mame, theres a special hacked mame version that allows you to play kof2k2 online and stuff like that.

 

For kawaks and nebula and all that other stuff, you need rom dats so your emulator can recognize the rom into your list

 

and i think thats all that there is to it.

I'm using winkawaks 1.47b the file I downloaded came with a.dat file. Should I put that somewhere?

an emu and a dat, thats it? theres supposed to be loader in there as winkawaks natively dont support these dat files.

I use MAME32k, but I don't know if I got the right ROM. Either way, how do I make it appear on the list to play?

Its kaillera compatible and can play KOF2k2 and ROTD

So how do I use the kawaks loader that came with the rom and dat file?

just download 1.45 with the loader and all the goodies and edit your add.dat file and put
