it's more of a PMP then a game machine from the looks of it, it has more of a Palm pocket pc layout, no d-pad or traditional button layout. and in the vid on that site it says something along the lines of "play java mini-games" so I doubt it's gonna be a heavyweight game machine.

im with inky this thing is missing a lot of stuff to make it a main contender in the gaming market. looks like it will make a decent media player though.the only games it says it will play are java games and really how many clones of bejeweled and zuma do you want to play.

Sega has already commented on this, it's mainly a media player. It's primary focus is NOT gaming, just a side benefit like a phone with java support.
