gavin19
He forgot important titles: - After Burner 2 (Sega)- Galaxy Force 2 (Sega)- G-Vector (Soft Office)- Wolffang (Xing Entertainment)- Sky Target (Sega) and maybe Prikura Daisakusen which is a Marchen Maze like from STV System . Because they are all 3D and not really classed as 'shmups'. It basically has to be top-down perspective 2D to qualify. The likes of those mentioned and say, Rez, would be considered borderline at best.
stf
Wow, you just answered before I could edit my post. You're right, except for WolFang which is in good old 2D ! This one is known as "Rohga: Armor Force" in Arcade ! Edited January 6, 2009 by stf
