fumanchu Posted October 16, 2008 Share Posted October 16, 2008 got a small problem up until last night i could watch youtube vids without any problems but now when i click on a vid on youtube i get this " you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player".i dont think that i need to update the flash player,so how do i turn on javascript?im running vista incase anyone asks.thanks for the help. gavin19 Posted October 16, 2008 Share Posted October 16, 2008 (edited) I'd recommend not using IE! Use Firefox or Opera. Or if you're feeling adventurous, Chrome or even Chromium. It's a bit of a mystery why IE suddenly stopped allowing you to use flash. Easily fixed though as Teck described. If you want the "player" you have to download the Shockwave player.Every time I hit the flash page, it automatically tries to install the FF plugin.
