Quoted from Romhacking.net After two long years, this patch is finally complete and ready to be played by everybody out there. If you missed the previous update about beta testing, this is what you will find in the package: * 100% translated text. Nothing was left out, not even some texture with Japanese text on them! * A patcher to be used with the custom patch file. It’s all very easy to use (instructions are included); * Subtitles for two movies that needed a translation, all without quality loss (soft-sub magic); * No more lag on the Playstation 2!
