Black Friday Sales

Went to Staples ant bought two 640 gig external hard drives for 150 bucks. I came close to buying three but decided that two is enough for now.

The only thing I ended up wanting is never on sale, hopefully my iPod is here soon .

I got my own little sale item I suppose, even though I'm not in the US.

 

Staples had their DVD-R's on sale for $12 for 50. They're normally $30. If you don't know, blank media prices are more expensive up here because of an included tax on them that equates to telling guys like your RIAA etc "STFU - money"

 

Mind you the Staples here ALWAYS has a buttload of stuff on clearance/sale, usually it's mostly useless crap like "Bookmark reading light" or some other little useless trinket.

Wooo I bagged a copy of Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels for $4 (instead of the normal $10)

got Dead Space for 30 bucks and saw a 16 gig flash drive for 25 bucks but didn't end up getting that

there was a murder suicide at my local toys r us this morning.

 

the sale on death wasn't advertised. it must have been a doorbuster.

My Black Friday ended with a wreck (for some reason this past week has been nothing but nasty wrecks) involving a car of hispanics hitting a truck of hispanics. One of them went through the windshield cuz his car seat wasn't even bolted and ended up getting his ear cut completely off.

 

Other than that my ass stayed home. I made the mistake once of goin to the mall but that was mainly due to the fact that I didn't even realize it was Black Friday. I made a promise to never go again.
