no it dosent emulate the ngcd you need the neogeo cd emulator and your in luck.

fba emulates cps1,cps2,neogeo and some cave,raizing shmups and others.

That's something I should add to my list. It's really quite easy to add NCD support, I just haven't done it (note that the quality of the emulation wouldn't be high enough for vanilla FBA)

That would be absolutely beautiful, the ability to play Neogeo CD on FBA would be fantastic.
