I can confirm the issue on the Power Instinct 2, in my remains the sound is completly f*****

The latest build is an unofficial test compile that was never meant to be released. A new official build, v1.30 is on the way though, with apparantly a number of nice new additions. Kenshiro says it may be ready before the end of the month.
