theoriginal Posted December 24, 2008 Share Posted December 24, 2008 Ok when I load games using the CPS3 emulator on Windows XP I have no problems. However, when I load games on windows vista, it crashes. I keep reloading the game on vista but it keeps crashing. Any idea on how to fix this problem? Agozer Posted December 25, 2008 Share Posted December 25, 2008 I find it hard to believe that one would need 1.5GB of RAM just to run Vista and a fairly simple emulator in it. Not to mention that I've never seen an application crash just because a system supposedly doesn't have enough RAM. If you ask me, this is another one of those Windows' Weird Incompatibilities is raising its ugly head (i.e. some arbitrary hardware/software/driver incompatibility). The crash could be caused by a number of things, but I don't think the lack of RAM has anything to do with it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

L.S.D Posted December 26, 2008 Share Posted December 26, 2008 Well, the only thing i can think of is the memory since I run practically fine without hiccup with 4GB Ram on Vista while his can't.
