Need some help with nullDC

I need a spot of help with nullDC. I have the dc_boot.bin and dc_flash.bin files in my data folder. Whenever I start up the program, it says d3dx9_37.dll file not found. The program works, but very slowly. Is this the problem? If someone could let me know, that'd be great.

The 'd3dx9_37.dll' bit relates to DirectX9. You must be missing some components/updates. Head over to the Microsoft website and make sure your DX9 is fully updated.

Yeah, you need the newest DirectX 9c redistributables and as well as (maybe) Visual C++ 2005 runtimes. Of course, this is all explained in the ReadMe, so...
