How do i get rid of spyware pop-ups?

I guess you're probably running Firefox, but if you happen to be using IE, go to the internet options and untick the part about Third Party Extensions. Then close IE.

 

 

 

You should be careful where you surf, keep to safe sites and you won't have this sort of problem.

Above all else, keep your Windows up to date. I can't stress this enough.

System restore, if that doesn't help then reinstall windows. That's what I usually do now, trying to locate and fix a problem gets me mad and takes up a lot of time when reinstalling windows is much faster.

Thanks for all the help guys.I ended up formatting c drive and re-installing windows.

I already had backups of everything i had anyway.
