Robert Posted May 6, 2009 Share Posted May 6, 2009 I guess you're probably running Firefox, but if you happen to be using IE, go to the internet options and untick the part about Third Party Extensions. That's what I usually do now, trying to locate and fix a problem gets me mad and takes up a lot of time when reinstalling windows is much faster.
