3D Realms published more good games than it developed.

The Duke Nukem platform games (early ones, not Manhattan Project) were so much better than the FPS games anyways.

DNF had a estimated release date of never, now it's never and beyond.

this isn't a surprise, you can't throw money down a well for 12 years, every few years show a screen shot of the money going down the well and expect to stay in business with out any real product.

It was an epic struggle between TF2 and DNF to be first out of the gate. The victor became one of the most fun and polished multiplayer experiences in years and the loser...well lol at the loser.
