Krosigrim Posted June 28, 2009 Author Posted June 28, 2009 Yer a funny guy. I need to quit smoking. I've burned my lungs recently. I can't get air. It's been like this for a few days now. It really fucked up my run today. I felt like I had asthma or something. Hmmm, funny how working out also "works out" smoking... as in works out of my regimen.
emsley Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Im in greatshape, my legs are the best they have been in years my upper torso is fineand dandy, allthough I would like to increase my biceps and chest a little more... Cant seem to get them any bigger with out REALLY stepping up the weights. Im playing soccer again and DAM its been hard - I find out if I make the team monday - but feel my fitness let me down- these guys are really serious about their football, but last time I was there I started SPRINTING again! Woo! Back to the old days when no one could catch me!! Watch your diet and get active get intense for a month!
