Have any eBay horror stories?

I figure it would be fun to read people complaining about bad eBay experiences. Or you might like to put something about an unusually good experience -- that's interesting too. Do many of you even use eBay in the first place?

 

One order that comes to mind was when I bought a game for the original GameBoy. I chose it because it was good as new with a box and everything. Well, first the guy charges me an unusally high shipping, $10. I can take that as long as all else is OK, but it still ticks me off. Some time later, I get an email from the guy saying that he needs my address again because the parcel was returned to him in the mail (?). Still later, I finally get my game, but the guy had packed it in soft packaging, so the nice box got some squashing. What a wiener!
