First off thanks BP for all your hard work, outstanding

 

I recently updated from coinops gold to ignite r5 but notice some games that used to work previously (such as all the metal slugs) now indicate they are missing files.

 

will someone direct me on how to correct this

I would say you are missing neogeo.zip as its the same roms as ignite
