The slim is step in the right reduction in terms of cutting costs and finally giving a price cut to customers.

Well it all depends where you live, Everybody gets screwed with Elite no HD cables being sold with the elite (not even component or vga) just SD composite.

 

US get reduction on arcade models while UK gamers get a price increase

I think it's just speculation right now, although anything could come from Microsoft. Right now I just have my sights on that ps3 slim and all the games I barely get to play.

I seen some pictures of a ps3 slim sitting on top of an xbox 360 and they are nearly the same size. the slim isn't very small. just smaller then the roided out regular ps3.

My question is, what the hell is Nintendo going to do? For $50 more dollars, consumers get a complete multimedia hub. Nintendo needs to drop the Wii's price, like now.
