I've never had any luck with an electric razor either. and I have had a few, from $30 norelco to $130 Braun. they just don't work well. I also find that the more blades the easier it gets clogged. I stay away from the quattro and 3 blade razors. 2 blad disposables do fine. for me the ultimate home shave is an old school double edge razor in a heavy handle.

hot shaving cream applied with a brush is nice too.

I suggest every man go to a real barber shop and get a straight razor shave at least once in their lives. The works with hot steaming towel on the face and a razor honed on a leather strap.

Isn't that the dildo razor? (The one that vibrates)

i think they have one that does vibrate, but mine does not, it has 4 blades (5 if you count the one at the tip used to line up sideburns, beard ect) when used with shaving cream it doesn't really clog up, and its a VERY close shave (sometimes i can go 2 days without 5 o clock shadow

i cant even use 2 blade disposables because they shave never gets close enough, and i end up with razor bumps no matter what

I've used a Mach 3 since I started shaving. I tried a Braun electric coz I thought it might be quicker and easier, but it only works on very short growth and I always end up finishing with the Mach 3 anyway.

Oh look, There are actually TWO vibrating razors! And I can't figure out why you would want a razor to vibrate either. It seems like you would cut yourself, even if you didn't WTF is it for?

I was referring to the second one

The M3 Power pictured there is the one I have. The idea behind it is that the vibrations encourage the hairs to protrude further from the skin so that you get a closer shave. I don't tend to bother with the vibration though coz I never noticed any real difference.
