covert avi to xmv

how do I convert videos avi to xmv? someone has to make the software,

already researched on google and not found.

lots of views and no answers, you can go from avi to xmv in one step but it involves downloading and installing some microsoft tools used for xbox development (SDK/XDK) and no-one should do that really. There is a method of converting from avi to wmv to xmv. Now going through these phases does take its toll on quality so make sure they look great in avi format with decent bitrates. @ Xbox-Scene there are lots of users who have information on this set of batch tools and its usage. I believe a part of the batch tools process involves a small tool from the SDK/XDK so again its a bit naughty to distribute that really too. Hope that helps a bit.
