Rag Posted December 8, 2003 Share Posted December 8, 2003 Is it just me, or in A LOT of Square games, the main bad guy, or a bad guy is the "coolest" character. Either that or people like him a lot. Take Final Fantasy 7 for instance, Sephiroth was pretty much the most loved Square character at that time. Then in Chrono Trigger you have Magus (half-bad) and theres many more. I'm not saying its a bad thing, sometimes its good to be bad well not all the time. Yes people like Seriphoihatoeih or w/e But people like Cloud/Vincent pretty much a lot more. Also in chrono cross, people liked Glenn and people liked Frog in Chrono Trigger. But it is seen a lot. In my Opinion, People tend to go for the Loner Guys Such as Cloud, Vincent, Chrono, Dart, and not just in video games too. Vash the stampede, Ryu, Guy, Hanzo, etc. So yes people like the bad dude in Square games. (But I'm going for the loners more ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
