I realized yesterday why a Lightning, Hope and Fang party is the most ideal. You have access to all the jobs and paradigms. I've been tempted plenty of times to switch Hope with Vanille but the problem is that I'll have no SYNs. At the point I'm at Vanille is actually the best healer cuz she gets Curasa and Curaja while Hope only gets I think Curasa.

Indeed. And they dont cap HP either so that annoying. Yea thats the ideal party thats well rounded while Fang delivers catastropic COM dammnge. Lightnings Army of One builds chain quick and she achieves balance, Hope has the RAV power.
