Shoma Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 I'm looking for ideas for a writing project. I was wondering if you all know of good anime that have awesome realistic fights. Nothing dbz/bleach-ish but something that looks semi-possible in real life. Im re-looking over the cowboy bebop fights. BUt I just havent seen too many of them.Even non anime would be fine as well, Im also looking at Jackie's drunken master movie(fights seemed quite seemeless).Assistance would be appreciated!
Hard Core Rikki Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 (edited) Hajime no Ippo, as first pick (boxing). Samurai Champloo (warm recommendation. Relatively realist swordfighting, a definite good watch). Edited June 22, 2010 by Hard Core Rikki
Shoma Posted June 24, 2010 Author Posted June 24, 2010 Really, i've also seen that name but never looked into ti cuz i thouhgt it would be like "SUPER OMEGA SPIN PUNCH!!" With friggin cosmic impact and shiz, but i will check it out.
emsley Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 Baki the Grappler has kinda realistic fights I heard about that one supposed to be pretty good, might get a download.
Devia Eleven Posted June 26, 2010 Posted June 26, 2010 World's Greatest Disciple Kenichi is the anime for you.
Shoma Posted June 28, 2010 Author Posted June 28, 2010 Just wacthed the first 20 eps of BAki...Not really what I was looking but i did get a few things from it so it wasnt a waste but wow....That anime is kinda jacked up... just WHEN I WAS PROUD OF THE MOTHER FOR STANDING UP TO THAT DOUCHE. And the illusion Baki had about his mom was super sad...
Sturmvogel Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 You should check out Fist of the North Star aka Hokuto no Ken. Some of the more higher end techniques are superhuman, but its a classic.
