If a program gives you a generic Windows error message and does not run, it's impossible to tell what caused the problem in the first place, and has nothing to do with the game you are trying to play.

Your computer information says nothing about the graphics hardware in use. Graphics cards and chips that are either poor feature-wise or have outdated drivers may cause programs such as nullDC to terminate with a generic Windows error message. This is only a somewhat educated guess, and there could be a number of reasons why the program crashes. It could just as well be that your computer simply does not like nullDC 1.0.4 and and an older version works just fine - but again, this is just conjecture.

P.S. You don't need that many BIOS files with nullDC. The emulator only cares about dc_boot.bin and dc_flash.bin.

Like I said before, the crash should have nothing to do with the game or the disc image you have. Does this error message come up when you start nullDC or after you've booted the game? What kind of graphics card/chip you have and when was the last time you've updated its drivers?

Its like that:I click in normal boot, then I chose the cdi file, then i click in ok and then , a couple of seconds, like 4 seconds after I do that it closes saying it found an error like in the last pic.And how do I know which graphic card I have(i know this is dumb, but I really don't know how to find out) but if its this "desktop>properties>settings>display" thingie, then it is plug and play NVIDIA GeForce 6200 LE

Well, since nullDC itself starts up without issues, that's good. Now, crashes can also happen with certain plugin configurations, so you need to tell me what your currently active plugins are. It doesn't hurt to update your graphics card drivers from nVidia's site just to be on the safe side, either.
