Sega CD question

I'm using the ResX Neogenesis madmab edition emulator and I was wondering how you guys file your Sega CD games? Is there a way to hide the mp3s, so I don't have to scan through all of the Mp3's before I get to the .iso file? Thanks!

Yes there's a way, just search in options "edit filename filter" or something like that and registrer the isos or cues files and thats it, no more mp3 showing
