The diferent emulators sucre code was relased a long time ago. (here Projet Neko sucre code http://www.yui.ne.jp/np2/ )

The sistem requeriment is not too much cpu.

The sistem have a lot of good and exclusive game and good arcade ports.

why not a NEC PC 9801 emulator on xbox ?

Probably not alot of interest in it. The PC98 had a good bit of games released for it, but mainly dating stuff and cheap RPGs outside of well known titles available on a range of platforms.

 

The FM Towns and X68000 had far more and better titles available, with much higher interest. Yes there are plenty of good games, and well known games, but they were inferior.

 

I'm honestly surprised anyone even bothered to write and emu for the PC for this, let alone one for the Xbox.
