Think about what you're asking for a moment - wouldn't it feel a bit stupid and backwards if different console emulators or different versions of the same emulator (that emulate the same console, for all intents and purposes) needed different ROMs to function? We are not telling where to get ROMs. When in doubt, read the board rules.
