While your waiting, can you change the spam question, the bots have got the current one figured out.

Oh, today twice I have not been able to connect, firefox can't find the server. I click the try again button and it works straight away. No problem with other sites.

 

Another thing that has bugged me for a while. Sometimes, if I use quick edit, after I click to save, it just hangs.

 

The server timeout occured 2 more times while i was working on this and editing it.

I disabled BBcode for private messages after that spambot we had PM'ing users a few years back.

Put BBCode back in there. The PMs look like shit and are hard to read if the content has lots of quotes.

I'm going to hold off on these changes until we upgrade IPB. After checking our MySQL database, it seems to be riddled with errors. In fact, I am surprised the site is still running without any error pages.
